Today during summer camp we went to the pool and it was pretty fun. After we got back from the pool I worked a lot on my requirements. I ran 2 miles and during sparring I did pretty good getting ready for the tournament this Saturday.

When I was about 9 years old I started Tae Kwon Do because my cousin and the other master Hartles were doing it. A year after I started they opened their own school and I started going there. My brother and I got so many of our friends doing Tae Kwon Do.
