Today was a normal day. My mom wasn’t late at the bus stop. And I didn’t go to taekwondo. Today in the weight room, it was leg day. I squatted 120 in 15 reps in 4 sets. But I’m not as sore as the first day I squatted. But I'm still sore. I ran extra so I didn’t have to run as much this week. So I'm probably going to not run as much today.
