Journal - Day 36

Yesterday was an extremely tiring day for me as I did my 3.5 mile run / 5K . It hurt very much when I ran but I went through without stopping and got 29 minutes and 12 seconds. Looking on the fast time I got, I might have ran slower if I could do it again because I need to beat my time for the written / physical test. Before the run, I took sparring where we did mostly stretches and kicks. I got in a lot of good roundhouse and stretch kicks throughout sparring. Once sparring ended and I  finished my run, I took Black Belt class where we did staff and stick forms throughout the beginning of class and then closer to the end of class, we did poomsaes. At the very end, we played Tae-Kwon-Do jeopardy where the team I was playing on won. I then came home tired and soar where I then relaxed. Hope everyone has a great day !!!
