Journal - Day 20

Yesterday was a very fast, upbeat and tiring day for me due to the fact that I no extra time throughout the day to finish all the homework I got from school but when I did get free time, I utilized it by doing my requirements and more. I did this because I did not want to fall behind on my requirements and also to keep up my pace throughout the cycle. Anyways, I helped the 6:45 family class yesterday and I took Black Belt class. In BB class, we mostly did solid belt self defense all the way up to red belt and then we went into some of the high belts such as; High Yellow, High Green, High Blue & High Red belt self defense. It took a long time to get through but all the details Master Cavasos put out their for us helped everyone a lot. After Black Belt class was finished, I got in a mentor session in. With my mentor, we practiced Stick Form 1 and Bolo Form 1. These forms helped me a lot especially Bolo Form 1 but I still have a lot to learn with my mentor. When I came back home, it was almost 9:15 and I was worn out. It was a very long day yesterday. Today is Friday and I am ready for school to end so I can come home, finish my requirements and get the needed rest I have been waiting this whole week for. Hopefully, today we will be a great day...we will just have to see!!!

feel better.....
