Improvement

When to the movies with the King Tiger Kids. At lunch, I told them i would do 10 push-ups for each kid that stayed quiet 1 whole minute (their was 9 kids at the table). So surprise that only three of them talked. I did 40 of them in front of them, with a couple short breaks for my arms. I finished them after we left the park. I it was a great way to do some requirements and make the kids laugh. My push-ups have got so much better!!! I can do 15-20 good ones in a row. IMPROVEMENT.
