IM LATE !!! AAAHHHH
Heyt 2014 spring black belt candidates!! Yes I am on the cycle for my 3 dan. I know im late :o but in my defense I had AP exams and I was totally lost in my studying. Haha but I have caught up a bit and working hard. QUICK NOTE FOR THOSE LOOKING AT MY REQUIRMENTS! I hav just inputed all my running and pushups and sit ups ect. Haha
Ive been awake since 5. I had a good protien shake amd worked out for a good 2 hours. Im going to relax for a bit then start up again this afternoon! Haha hope everyone is doing well!
