I was nervous to teach warm ups beacuse it was my first time doing it I was pretty proud to. I had a sweaty day I did leader ship and hyper pro. I would like to learn a new self defense. I love to lead warm ups now its so fun to lead the class. I felt like I was a 3rd degree black belt teaching a class. I have a kind of a good day beacuse there was a test
