I was 1/4 mile into my run when I stepped on the curb instead of the sidewalk while crossing the street! Of course it was my right foot! I have broken that foot a few too many times! I dont think it is broken! It feels like my arch fell but the arch is still there! I limped all day.
Worked on staff forms today. I need a lot more practice on those. And Wang Ho forms too. I mess up in the same spots almost every time! I will get it right eventually.
