I let my wife talk me into running today at 1:30. Bad idea. I know it isn't as hot as it as it has been this summer, but in the full sun I was burning up. I didn't make it very far at all without having to walk some. I am going to have to keep up with my running this week to be ready for Saturday's 10K.
