Took the older kids to the park today—wow, was it hot! 🔥 🥵 I stayed in the shade and drank plenty of water, but the kids were actually running around playing soccer. Absolutely crazy; I would have passed out! Looking forward to indoor swim day tomorrow.
Got home and put in about two hours of yard work. By the time I finished, I looked like I’d just stepped out of the shower. Grabbed a bite to eat, hit my requirements, showered, and then bed.
I need to make sure I pack my protein shake for work tomorrow. I forgot it today, and I can definitely feel the difference. Goodnight, everyone—hope everyone sleeps well!
