Today is my son Shawn's birthday. Happy Birthday Shawn!!!
Also, today is my actual 30th Wedding Anniversary! Happy Anniversary Chelley!
Will celebrate by working out and working all day and night. Oh, and a trip to Aruba.
Got a great workout in yesterday, and mowed the grass.
