Had a great, and very productive, day!!! Up early and hit the treadmill hard along with a few requirements. Costco, HT and back home with groceries before the game started. Had a miserable him in the house, imagine that with the way the Panthers played, then icing on the cake with the Steelers, so I exited to the carport, along with mr. spark, and did nothing but requirement focus. Such a beautiful day out - - enjoyed every minute of it. Got a ton accomplished and even tried some pushups. They were pretty ugly and not great form but it's a start. Attempted the pull-up's & burpees but that is going to have to hold a bit longer as I could immediately feel the shoulder. See how l fair in the morning and just take it one step at a time. Going to be smart and listen to my body. It's all good and happy to see some progress!!!
