Hanmadang 2025

Overall, going to the 2025 World Taekwondo Hanmadang in Anaheim was super fun, and being in such a large competition is something I really enjoyed doing, and something I want to try more of when I can. The poomsae competition especially was very competitive, as I was up against some of the best in the world. I do a lot of poomsae recordings, but very rarely do I get to see competition at such an advanced level in person, and here I got the ability to see what progress I can still make as a martial artist, and how I've grown since I started competing. On the demo team, my abilities progressed quickly in a short amount of time, and at Shoreview I was able to pick up some new things from different people, even some things that made me rethink how I trained. I hope to continue trying my hand at competition to showcase my abilities as I keep training and learning new things.
