Great color belt poomsae review tonight at North Charlotte! Pre test is right around the corner. I'm ready for the written test and the color belt self defense and poomsaes, but the run, push-ups and burpees have me shaking in my boots. My knees are getting better, slowly but surely. Every once in a while they get a little weak and I just lose my balance during a poomsae. Everyone else will be statue-still in a stance and there I am wobbling. Hope that doesn't happen Saturday! I'm very proud of how much better my burpees are than they used to be (that doesn't mean they're good.... just better!). I'm slow as molasses when I'm doing them, but I'm trying to keep good form and I'm actually able to bend my knees a little for the squat thrust. Getting back into a squat after the push-up hurts my old body a bit. Back at it tomorrow. Goodnight everyone!
