Last night at dream team class we learned some new grappling moves. The first move we learned was called the guard. The way you do it is someone is going down trying to punch you, you lock your feet around their waist and then you have control of them because you have control of their hips. We also learned another grappling move called the mount. The way you do it is you get them on the ground, then you sit on top of their stomach and no matter what the person on the top has a longer arm. It is really hard to get out of a mount position.
