A Pretty Full Morning

I attended the beginner Philippines Martial Arts (PMA) seminar led by Grandmaster Evins in Harrisburg this morning.  I really like Grandmaster Evins as an instructor because he breaks everything down and is very patient with his students (unless he's pressed for time).  I took this same class last year with Master Melagrido, but I couldn't attend the intermediate class because I had another appointment at 10:00am. 

After I finished my 10:00am appointment, I went to the Harrisburg YMCA and got in some of my physical requirements.  My goal is to have most, if not all, of my physical requirements completed by September 25th.  All in all, it was a pretty full morning.
