Because of my sleep cycles, I keep forgetting to journal. I told myself to journal before I went to work last night, Now I’m at work during my lunch break doing requirements and journaling because I know I’ll forget to do it last night.
I guess it’s cause it feels like I didn’t do much. I woke up 4pm, took care of my animals, cleaned up a bit and ate. Then I went to work at 6pm.
But then I have to remember that I was actually up until I went to bed at 8ams. Before bed I went for a run. I did double my requirements to make up for not doing any Sunday.
Anyways I need to remember to journal more. Every day counts.
