Full Moon

Beautiful fulll moon this morning. Unfortunately, on my run, I noticed that someone had broken into my neighbor's car by breaking out the window.  They were surprised to see me all sweaty at their door at 5:30 AM telling them about their car. Another jogger said he saw another car with the window broken in the next neighborhood.

 I'll have to do my empathy training another weekend. Can't drive to Winston for church with one arm tied down. It will have to be another weekend. Busy day in the OR today. Missed black belt class. It is ok because I am too sore and tired from work to perform well tonight.
