Friday

Today was a very, very cool day. School started like normal with me working a tutorial document that tells my friends how to code. In reading we had to answer questions about a new character in our book, The Phantom Tollbooth. At lunch, I had brought food to heat up but they wouldn't allow me to use the microwave, so that was no fun. We had recess outside afterwards. I played soccer with my friends but didn't score any goals. For encore, we did an air mass lesson, and an activity about it. Somehow, we had free time on our computers, so I did coding. I was trying to code a simple calculator, but the code did this: num1 = 2, num2 = 5, num1 + num2 = 25. I didn't know how to fix it, so I had to wait until I got home. Speaking about coding, I am also trying to make a game engine for my friends that don't know how to code. It will be very simple, but hard to make. After all of that, I went to taekwondo to do black belt class and sparring. I also got a mentee session in after all my classes. For dinner, we had Zaxby's. I always get their grilled cheese kids' meal for some reason. I got home, ate my food, and washed up for the night. Tomorrow is going to be a busy day for me. I have a basketball game at 9AM, then I'm finally crossing over into our troop with Scouts at noon just in time to get over to Junior Leadership camp. I'm excited but also a bit nervous because there's a lot of new things going on.
