Did my physical req, then went to king tiger.
When I got to king tiger, I went for run. My goal was to ruin for 35 (I’ve been doing a run plan with Mike running app). But when I finished, I only had .75 to a full mile, so I pushed myself.
Then I did something some stretching and assisted with class. I was able to get a mentor session in and work on hopkidos, I know 1-3 really well, 4-5 are muscle memory but can use some practiced, 6-7 are tough. I’ve done them, I know bits, but the full form isn’t together. I did some mentee sessions. I worked on 3 Dan Self defense. I stayed late to work on my demo routine as well. I got a lot of things done today.
Afterwards I went over to aunts and had dinner with her and my cousin. It was really nice. Now that I don’t live with them and my dad, I have to put more of an effort to see my family.
