Noticed so late that this app is not functioning for me without WiFi. Some complaints about failure to confirm certificate authority!

Sparring today. Stretched all day and practiced my kicks. Ran 1 quick mile and went in early for mentorship sessions. After class sparring with Instructor max to spice up the evening.

Opeyemi Olomola

Martial arts practitioner of over 27 years. I am versed in both traditional Taekwondo (a.k.a. ITF) and sports Taekwondo (a.k.a. WTF). I have been training for very long, and have practiced with some of the worlds most-renowned grandmasters of the art. I have also practiced wushu with Kungfu grandmasters in Guangzhou, China. I intend to contribute to the world of martial arts in the best way possible and represent the art as a religion of peace.
