I'm still having difficulty balancing work against the Cycle. I'll tell myself that I've got plenty of time to work on requirements in the morning and then the next thing I know it's 11am and I haven't started anything. I don't want to have to set reminder alarms on my phone but that might be what it takes as busy as things are right now. I'm just grateful that I have a job where I can work from home and step away for a few minutes to work on things.
I did get two miles in this morning before work. I walked around a couple of parts of the neighborhood but not too many people were out and about except the ones driving off to work. It's just so hot right now, even at 7am. The pickup with all the weird anime stickers is still around - I remember seeing that on my walks in 2021 and 2022. In a way, it was almost grounding to see a familiar sight.
Tonight I learned I still choke halfway through leading warmups. I just can't keep the order of everything straight in my head. I might have to practice that, too, along with everything else.
