Busy Burpees
Had a very burpee and lunge intensive class this morning at Crossfit! Almost a hundred of each. Had a great class yesterday from Master Evins doing a ton of self-defense. It's also been a blast working with my mentee, Jay Jay. He learns very quickly, and I admire how he tries hard and is serious about training.
