Yes still HOT. But had a good day.  Didn't get my 3th mile in today but that is ok, got some  Extra sit UPS and push UPS in today. Will work on jump rope and sparing tomorrow. 🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♂️
