April 23rd

I definitely had an awesome day today. I slept in a little bit today as I spent the evening watching the playoffs. It's so difficult to stay up late on the East Coast for these games. I brewed a strong pot of coffee and got my morning started. I got my laundry together and spent most of the morning working on gettin that done. I simultaneously used the opportunity to address the issues I had with Enterprise customer service. Eventually we came to a resolution that was suitable to their stringent standard of whelming hospitality. Still I was able to make my way to the Dojang successfully today and that was all I really cared about anyway. I got to help out Grand Master Evins with the testing at the Dojang today. Testing is always a learning experience and I try to take every opportunity to learn from Master Evens whenever I can. I also use it as an opportunity to assess what I need to work on. You can almost feel like it is yourself watching the students do their best to utilize their cirriculm to succeed in their goals to advance to their next belt. That makes it a lot easier to see some of the same mistakes you might be making in your techniques. It wasn't a perfect testing but I haven't been to a perfect one yet either. It's always a challenge when we test and sometimes that adversity can disallow people to preform at their very best. We always are given another chance to meet our goals with the correct energy practice and execution. It's such an important lesson for everyone to really work their best to obtain the things they desire in life. I'm back at the apt with my Pops watching the Rockets v Warriors. Hope that everyone had and awesome day. Y'all take care.
