I had an awesome day today. I was very grateful just to be able to be back on the mats. Although I was able to accomplish a lot of things in my time off last week. I still had an uncomfortable lingering feeling that I wasn't in my habitat. Still all and all I tried my best to work hard all last week so that I could see some progress when I returned in a least a couple of areas. I got to assist Master Randle and Instructor Garrett in their classes today. I writing this from the Front Desk so that I'm certain to accomplish my task for the evening before I get distracted later on. Part of the challenge of this cycle has been working towards staying consistent and persistent when working towards a task. Having to make the extra effort to ensure that I have the energy and mental capacity for task that I would normally procrastinate for eons about. I'm not even sure how many day in a row I have been able to log my daily journals but its a whole lot more concurrent than when I attempted to accomplish this previously. The Play-in games for the NBA are tonight and I just finally got my new video game after waiting for over a month for it to arrive. None of that takes place before my next task of the day which is my adult Taekwondo class for the evening. I'm going to strech myself out well for class this evening and make sure I'm ready to absorb whatever knowledge I can garner from the Masters and Instructors. Yall take care have an awesome evening.
