Another Day

Still trucking along.

Fitness feels pretty good.

Haven't lost the weight I wanted for this cycle yet. More work to do.

Handstand Push Ups are getting better. DU jump ropes not so much.

WOD: 3 rnds

30 wallballs (20 lb)

20 box jump

10 Power Clean (135 lb)

Hitting extra ab work after every workout, and extra stretching.
