This week has been an adjustment. I have to be more intentional with planning my day due to my work schedule being inconsistent. I have been doing my requirements but as tough as I would usually go. I have to find a good balance. On workdays, get down however I need to. On days I don't work, challenge myself and maybe get extra minutes done.
But the nice thing about taking it slow this week, it I feel pretty fresh and recover. Today I went running and I felt pretty good.
There still things I haven't learned and things I need to improve.
I made a plan for work this week and I hope to follow it.
