Today, I went to black belt class and refreshed my memory on high green belt self defenses, and learn more of 1st dan self defenses. Sadly, we were not signed up for the stick seminar, but at least I did not have to go and already be tired from black belt class, so I got to feel better and go home. I got go to the whitewater center, because my dad was playing there, and it was very fun.
