8/16 Curtis Journal
Today was a combo of busy and quiet, we got up for the black belt class and stayed to help with the next one. Home for a quick lunch and some down time. Then back to north Charlotte for the self defense seminar. I enjoyed getting to work with master Evins, I wish we had gotten through more, but I’ll take what I ca. get, seems like I need to work on some hapkido!
