My day was good. I started my nutrition challenge a week ago, I am on week two I gave up no processed breakfast food for 30 day's cause I usually grab something and have a quick breakfast. But now I'm having super food drink for breakfast every day It's actually really good. I did all of my exercises I hit 35 push-ups today my goal is to hit 50 in a row by the end of this black belt cycle. I got my book signed today at class and as normal I am exhausted.
