Today, I woke up and went to black belt class in Lake Norman, which was really good because I got to work on some stick forms that I had forgotten. After class, I went over to Birkdale to do some school shopping. When I got home, I started to work on some of my requirements and went on a run. Overall, today was a pretty good day.
