3rd Journal

Today I ran 2 miles in the morning and ate breakfast when I cam back. After breakfast, I waited for an hour before I did push-ups, sit-ups, burpees, and kicks. Then I did sparring, and jump rope rounds. After lunch, I am going to do my poomsaes and self defenses. We might go to the waterpark at Carowinds.
