#3 Pre-Test Thoughts

Saturday's pre-test was a great reminder that progress is worth celebrating.

While the pre-test is simply a baseline to measure where we are starting, I was really happy with my results. For the past six months, I've been intentionally working on my cardio and building my upper body strength. Being able to complete six push-ups from my toes was a huge personal victory! It may not seem like a lot to some, but it represents months of consistent effort for me and accepting help to make adjustments and improve.

I also haven't been running as much as I should, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised with my running time and left feeling encouraged about where I am and excited for the improvements still to come.

This journey isn't about being perfect—it's about being better than you were yesterday. Every small victory is another step toward becoming stronger, both physically and mentally.
