Happy PI DAY! I had a big ole piece of apple pie to celebrate. Also had a good 2 hr workout where I got through all the forms, including the staff and stick. I needed to review staff #5 and short stick #4 on video but I got it all in. Thinking about going back for a run tonight (to work off the pie) and have some extra time in the morning for forms, stick, staff and SD.
I also did 27 burpees today and 48 pushups. First time I hit both targets in same day.
