Happy Tuesday! Seems later in the week doesn't it? Worked. Got in 2.5 miles and bb requirements. Notable thing of the day was a great black belt class with Grandmaster Lee. It was a great push for these last few weeks of the black belt cycle. Hope everyone had a great day!
