Now that the 75 days of January are over, welcome to February! Today was my mom's birthday! She lives in a different state so I only got to FaceTime her and send her a present. Always good to talk to her though. Got my pups groomed today. Got a run/walk in. Got my bb requirements in and went to sparring class. Hope everyone had a great day!

Middle age mom taking on her first Tae Kwon Do black belt cycle. Here to mom hard and better myself. My husband, Joe, is also a Bo Cho on this black belt cycle with me. We have an 8-year-old son, Jovi, who is a high red belt. We are students at the Lake Norman King Tiger.
