Happy 1st official day of cycle to all!!!!!! Missed class today, and the meeting, but out of town at last show of the year. Was able to get a nice run/walk in this morning but rest of the day/night is pretty much shot with work obligations. And no, just incase any one asks I did not run all those miles this morning - - -I did have to run, then walk, run some more then walk. Love the app on my new phone that tracks all your steps and miles. See everyone soon!!!
