Antibiotics kicking in. 10 hours of sleep last night!! I went to the gym after meditating and ran 4 miles on the treadmill in 40 minutes. It was the limit of what I could do today but I made it. It will be harder on pavement but this was a milestone. Will do shorter sprints this week to help with sparring. I will go back in a few hours after the exercise rooms have cleared to work on forms.
I let this sickness and upcoming work schedule make me doubt and wobble a bit. I'm feeling better now. Getting my mojo back.
