Happy Sunday! Started today with a great poomsae class. Picked up some additional strength exercises to help with my kicks among other things. Today was Joe's birthday. 52! Where has the time gone? Joe, Jovi, and I went to eat at The Cheesecake Factory and had presents for him at home. He wanted to do everything before NFL playoffs started. I got my bb requirements in for the day and watched football. Hope everyone had a great weekend.
