1-19 Ordinary Friday

Happy Friday! Today was a pretty ordinary Friday. I ran 2 miles and got my exercise credits in pretty early. I also did 15 minutes of rolls and falls. Got work in. Jovi and I went to black belt class where we worked on Hapkido. I came home and made chicken tacos for the family. We played some yahtzee. Hope everyone's weekend is off to a good start.

Middle age mom taking on her first Tae Kwon Do black belt cycle. Here to mom hard and better myself. My husband, Joe, is also a Bo Cho on this black belt cycle with me. We have an 8-year-old son, Jovi, who is a high red belt. We are students at the Lake Norman King Tiger.
