Finally the weekend is here! I will admit it was tough not to be able to sleep in this morning because of black belt class. However, we worked on self defense and it was really good to run through all of them. When I got back I just relaxed. This week has been really busy so I definitely needed that time. Then I took advantage of all the time I had to get some extra miles in. I biked three running miles, did my requirements and did some extra practice on stick and staff 1 and 2. For dinner my dad made homemade pizza! It was so good! Now we’re watching football. I can’t believe it’s already week three of cycle! Great job so far everyone and have a good weekend!
