Junior at Hough Highschool
I have finished most of what was left of my pretest. I did my push ups, sit ups, squat-thrusts (burpees) and v-ups on Saturday. Today I finished my run. I only have to do my plank and pull ups. I hope for a successful cycle run this year.
Tomorrow is the final test. I am so nervous and excited! (Can that happen?) I know I can do it because I practiced and I am ready! :)

Happy Easter! It's Easter YEAH!! And we got 5 more days 'till testing. Yup, fun week ahead.
I can't sleep and it is almost 11:00 at night and i am not at all tired. tomorrow I will be though.
I am going to a 2 hour BB class at 5:30. Gosh this is going to be exhausting.
I am so sore again and very tired. That's it. I've got nothing else. :)
2 field trips in one week. I was up so early. UGH!!!!

I am so tired because I have been up for a while and was on a field trip since 7:00 even though I had to wake up at 5:45.
2 weeks until the BB test and I am so excited! I can not wait until the test! YEAH!!!!
My dad is making me write a very long paper........... yay.
I am so sore! I can hardly move my legs. It doesn't matter though, I'll live. :)

I did it! I finished the physical and written exams! I am really happy! ;)
One more day till my physical and written exams. Yay (so nervous).
The title says it all. I still have a whole lot to do, but I know I can do it. I just got to believe.
I helped with testing on Thursday. It was fun. I enjoyed helping out, even though it wasn't for long. It was a new experience.
I have been sore since Monday night. Hey, I'm still loving what sports I do, it's so much fun. He, he, he...........ow.
again everything feels like jello. Everything! It is annoying, because I can hardly move and I can feel all the pain. Oh well................. :)
Today, I went to the Steven's house to work on the study guide. Originally, we were supposed to meet at Instructor Lloyd's house, but I did not receive the change of plans. Oh yell...... :) I still made it there to work on it.
It is Friday! That means tomarrow is the weekend...........with classes. Today I do not really get to learn much cause we have a program in the morning then specials the rest of the school day..........then a BB class. YEAH!
my dad made me run for 10 minutes without stopping. It was very tiring but i got to walk the last bit. I still had fun though. ;)
i feel like jello. guess this is what happens when you don't go to swim for a week, then finally go to swim, THEN go to 2 classes of taekwondo the next day. Urgh................
I'm getting better at my running. I am taking less brakes and when I do, they are planned so I don't take to long of breaks.
While the instructors are away at Instructors Camp, I get time to do essays. And other things.
My brother and I built a snow man name StamyChillNose. It was so cool until I finished taking off my snow gear in the garage and turned around to find that my sister decapitated it to make a snow fort. Aww, poor Chill.
i have got a lot of work to do this weekend from school and essays. So much...................... (brain explodes)
The is cold, gives you a cold or a stuffy nose and is not at all great to do a 2 mile run in.
i did a very long work out that trailed through 2 classes. But it was worth it. I practices Basic Forms 1, 2, and 3 as well as Wang ho 1. I did 225 push ups and sit ups. It was a lot but i really liked it and i caught up a lot.
I may sound like i'm advertising or something but just note this: i'm not. If you think naps are helpful try being me. Scratch that don't try to be me! After a nap the results can be good or bad. For me, it's almost always bad.
I love snow! It is awesome and you get hot cocoa after wards (sometimes).
I went to Defy Gravity and jumped around and did flips for an hour. How many jumps ropes does that count for?
My dad makes the best pancakes. They are so yummy and scruptious. Yum!
I finished an essay. So much typing and research................... but it was worth it.

i really have nothing to say so i will say the first thing that comes to my mind: i love ice cream. Yep, that's it.
Ouch.......................................... everything hurts! Got a 95 on make-up written test though so that's good.

Then, I have to write an essay after the Saturday BB class and Sparring class and I don't know w some of the essays are. Ugh.............................

My dad gave me a bit of a pep talk on all my things on the black belt cycle and his opinion on them. Truth be told, I really needed it.
I accidently punched Logan in the ear doing SD. I got really sad and upset about it that I locked myself in a bathroom stall then barely spoke to anyone. In my sadness and anger I did Oa-Chang and Yuk-Chang 3 times each. I felt really bad about it and I really don't think I should sparr or go against someone a lot smaller than me or a lot younger than me.
I am not in the best shape and don't feel good. My throught hurts and a slight headache. Yep............. that's my morning.
What I gained from going to this: 2 Saturday BB classes. 2 weekday BB classes. 5 Sparring Classes. (Thank You MASTER EVINS!!!!) 1 Hyper Pro class. And some really good sparring tips. I really enjoyed this class and was really glad I came. ;)
