The first day of the Black Belt Cycle was awesome and fun. My Black Belt class was full of black belts taking class together. We were practicing all the forms all the way to Pag Gwe Il Chang. And then I went to Sparring Class. We were practicing how to counter-attack. And then I went home. My first day was super fun.
