Good morning everyone. it is my first journal wrtting for this cycle. I am excited to be in this cycle again. Yesterday, my DAD took me to the gym and I worked on all the physical requirenments and poomsaes, self defense and kicks challenges. I did walk 1 mile. I am very sore but I know it is a good thing. I also got the book required for this cycle. Will write more this week. I am heading to school now. Bye
