Imagine a flower seed and all the rain, sun and nutrients it needs to grow. Now imagine that the sun is Sa Ba Nim always shining down on you. And imagine that the rain is Sun Bae Nim, sprinkling knowledge on you from time to time. Imagine that the nutrients are lower belts that help you grow as an instructor. Now imagine that you are the flower seed, and all of those things are helping you to grow and achieve your goals. That is what we need to do during the black belt cycle.
