Knocking out as many physical requirements as I can. I've been working on bettering my push ups since March and Ive improved so much! I can do 10-20 reps. When I do my requirements in front of the summer campers, they will start doing them with me, its so cute.
When to the pool, did some basic kicks while I was there.
I worked at 9Rounds (kickboxing studio) today and got 39 sparring rounds done. Phew!
