It is was good day at work. We had some strategic sessions with the leadership, and it was fairly productive. I find that there are so many people that are just passive about things. It is important to talk thought items and raise issues, and just get it out there for discussion. I think some people do not like conflict or debate, and so with 30+ people in the room, there were about 6 people that continued to ask questions and had information to share. I was one of those. I like to challenge myself and others, even if it means I get actions from the discussion. I came back to my mother-in-laws house and did some exercises and requirements. It was a good way to end a stressful day. Keep moving!!!!
