today was a nice day i went for a run in the morning! and i walked my dog at the time i was done i went to work with my dad again we had a nice time!when i was done i went to my grandmas house it was here birthday so i went and also had a great time there to as soon as i got done i did some requirements and went to taekwondoe for a mentor session it was nice we only did red belt and we did a lot of work as soon as i got done i took black belt class it was really fun because in one part of class i did red belt number 1 really good the flip was really great i got the hang of it and we did basically all the self defenses when bb class was done i went to PMAA i learned my some new skills and now i need to walk my dog once more and go to bed so goodnight!:)
