today was a nice day it started out with me getting a retainer! it hurts to much but i will get used to having it on though when i finished up getting my retainer my dad came home me and him walked the dog it was a nice day outside when i got back inside i started reading my book and it started to get interesting and fun because im at the climax of the book! when i got done reading my book i went to work with my dad and then went to black belt class i had a nice time i got a lot of kicks done and i felt happy also i took PMAA and i learned some new hand brake aways they where really cool i learned also my connect they where some really cool strikes but overall today was a great day so goodnight!!
